    Very informative!  Thank you!

Chris Masterjohn’s presentation is so valuable. I’ve been a follower of Weston Price’s
work for about 6 years, and read his book years ago.  I am amazed at
how much I’ve learned from Chris’s presentation even though I
was already familiar with Weston Price’s work.  Chris is really a
talented presenter, and such a wonderful scientific mind!

Great presentation Chris.  Learned a lot!

It’s going to be difficult to top this presentation.

This will easily be the most valuable presentation in this entire summit as Price’s studies are incredible.

Chris makes things extremely easy to learn. Glad this was 2 hours long and broken up in to 2 chunks!

      Aye, aye!

So freakin’ good. When I went Gluten Free 2 years ago I had an immediate change in my oral health. Gut = mouth = whole body. TY for organizing this!

  • Leola

This question is for Sarah.  Every once in awhile my broth tastes rancid and is very difficult to drink.  Is there any way to save it or should I just throw it out.  I hate to throw anything out!  Thanks, Leola!

Excellent. I have been waiting for Chris’ presentation. Good stuff as always!

I am a firm believer of WAPF’s principles, I have seen fad diets come and go, this is not a fad diet like Atkins or Paleo, this is real stuff because it makes the most sense!

To Paleo enthusiasts: the solution is not avoidance of dairy or grains. There’s a reason why agriculture came to be. Humans can make dairy and grains more digestible and breed out the mutated proteins and other anti-nutrients that have made these foods problematic. Still, there is a lot for us to learn as nutrition is but a fledgeling science.

I have been following WAPF since 2000, when it was still in its infancy and it has not led me astray all these years. Read Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. Read Nourishing Traditions. Better yet, read everything on westonaprice.org.

I wish you all good health!

So Paleo diet tells you not to eat grains (because it is
really bad for you) but yet according to W. Price the Swiss in Alps were
thriving while eating sourdough bread. Also I remember that there were some
people from somewhere in Scotland that eat oatmeal and they were healthy too.
So are grains (if processed the right way: soaking, fermentation etc.) bad for
    us or not? Confused here.

Chris, you made a comment about a non-alcoholic fatty liver.  Will you be elaborating on it tomorrow?  If not, where can I get information about it from your web-site?  I could not locate that subject. Thanks

  • Twinca1

    Great information, thank you!

I really appreciated Chris’ presentation and the thorough nature at which he researched and provided his information. It all boils down to reconnecting with nature and a natural, authentic way of living void of any dogma related to food/lifestyle and escaping the trappings of the chronic stressed-out modern lifestyle. It’s so evident that people have a true desire to return to this with movements like Paleo, MovNat, Parkour, Herbalism, Holistic Medicine/health etc. that its inspiring to see it all culminate and hear the wisdom of Price from so many years ago. Can’t wait for Part 2!
