I am sooooo glad that you didn’t completely blame the infertile couples for their depression, stress levels, and/or any other life issues for their fertility nowadays.  I believe that the majority of infertility problems today stem from our diets and/or the drugs we are using.  As you said, soy is not something that humans should be eating.  But primarily, it is the new GMOs in our diets that are sterilizing the populations …… ON PURPOSE!  What the heck!  ”There are too many people on the planet, anyway.”  Toxins, heavy metals, pharmacological and environmental additives, playing God by altering His natural creation with GMOs ….. These are killing not only the rats and the fish; they are killing off the humans as well.

i’m not vegan but have friends who are……but where is proof that vegetarians aren’t or have problems with fertility…the ones i know have plenty of kids but they are all too slim and look undernourished to me…pale color like iron deficiency etc…but still no baby making problems

I think this is similar thinking to those who smoke a pack of cigs a day but still live to be 90 years old.

There are always exceptions and you don’t need perfect health to have a baby. Some can eat less healthy and still reproduce while others need to eat more of an optimal diet.
But if you do eat optimally which includes plenty of animal fats then your chances of reproducing a healthy baby increase dramatically no matter who you are.

This is the only presentation that had made me laugh. Great job!

Dr Kaayla, I have heard a discussion recently that said not all soy is bad, it is the unfermented stuff that we need to avoid, but fermented is okay (such as soy sauce, as long as it is a fermented soy sauce and not just chemically produced).  What are your thoughts on the fermented vs. unfermented theory?

Was the slide with the zuccini and pomegranates/oranges purposefully phallic or is it just me? :-)
